This South Pacific EC1000A, electricoperated capstan provides tremendous drag force and long ~life performance. It is ideal for hauling
fishing nets, crab pots, anchor rope, sail halyards and sheets etc.
The metal gearbox, heavy duty DC motor and base have been designed in one providing a robust unit and enabling easier installation. The one
piece vertical unit also eliminates the need for additional gears and the consequential loss of effeciency.
The base of the South Pacific EC1000A is made of marine ~grade aluminium alloy with a powder coated finish to ensure corrosion resistance.
