System components
Seajet Rib Primer – a crystal-clear, two-component epoxy (mix ratio 60 : 40 by volume) that keys tenaciously to GRP and other rigid composites, sealing the surface and ensuring maximum adhesion for the finish coat. Touch-dry in 30 min and ready for over-coating after 8 h at 20 °C.
Seajet RIBCOAT – a one-pack, silicone-elastomer foul-release coating that provides a superslick, non-stick surface. Marine growth may settle lightly but rinses away with water movement or a quick sponge wash. Over-coat window 6–8 h; launch in 8 h at 20 °C.
Application sequence
Hull – Degrease, abrade with P100–P120, remove dust. Apply one thin coat of 114 Primer by roller/brush; allow to cure (see table above) then apply two coats of Bioclean Eco.
Tubes – Clean thoroughly (detergent & fresh-water rinse) and allow to dry; apply two coats of Bioclean Eco directly—no primer required.
Launch after the full system has cured for 8 h at 20 °C (longer in cooler conditions).
Key features & benefits

Recoating guidelines
Good condition – wash with fresh water, let dry, apply one refreshing coat of RIBCOAT.
Damaged areas – abrade hull patches with P100–P120, spot-prime with Rib Primer, then finish with RIBCOAT; for tube scuffs, apply a local touch-up plus a full finishing coat.
