Hempel's Silic Seal 45441 is a two component epoxy to enable easy conversion from antifouling to
Hempel's Silic One Fouling Release System. Can be applied on reviously painted antifouling in good
condition. For use as a sealer on antifouling to secure adhesion between antifouling and Hempel's
Silic One Tiecoat 27450.
For use on all substrates excluding wood.
