Wind Indicator for small dinghies. The Little Hawk range has long been the Wind Indicator of choice for Club Sailors to Olympic Starts from every corner of the World. The Little Hawk Race and Little Hawk MK2 have been on Bronze, Silver and Gold Winning boats at the last 4 Olympics. This version of the MK2 has a redesigned Vane Arm to increase rigidity, improve balance and reduce the Centre of Momentum. The Vane has also been angled to stop mainsheets catching. It has a Red Vane giving optimal visibility. The Locking Block is also now captive so that the Vane can not be lost and it keeps it perfectly balanced. It is supplied pre assembled so it can be put straight into use. A lightweight balanced vane arm for mounting below the Gooseneck enabling the Helmsman to accurately judge the angle of the apparent wind to the boat, on boats such as Laser, Topper or Sunfish.
