The covers come as three parts.
Inner core of clear flexible plastic tube, spiral cut,
Mid layer sleeve of durable foam and,
Outer sleeve of Blue Performance ripstop. Easy to Use
1.Thread the wire rail through the inner core and mid layer foam.
2.Fasten the ripstop material over both using the velcro along its length
3.Fasten each end with a drawstring to prevent sliding. Part Model Length
