Fitting instructions:

1. Apply liquid soap and water to the inside of the collar and to the oar shaft
2. Keep the thicker part of the collar towards the oar handle and slide it in to place
3. Wash and dry off excess soap If necessary the collar can be fixed with a small nail or screw
