Covid-19 Service Update - 25th January 2021

The current Tier-4 restrictions on the COVID-19 crisis means that our Chandlery Store is CLOSED to walk-in customers until further notice. The good news is tha our Website is still operating as usual for orders placed for delivery and for "Click & Collect"

Telephone Enquiries
We're pleased to advise that our offices will still be staffed as usual and our helpful team are here to help with any phone enquiries that you may have. Just call us on 01394 451000 - our phone lines are open 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1pm on Saturdays. Please note we are not able to answer calls on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Website Orders for Delivery
Our website ordering and delivery service is still operating as normal - our team are working hard to ensure that every order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. If you order before 2pm on a weekday, provided we have the product(s) you want in stock, we aim to get your order shipped on the same day. Most orders are sent on a next business day service via our delivery partners APC and Royal Mail, but please be aware that most carriers are experiencing very high volumes of parcels due to the Pandemic - please be patient.
Website Orders for "Collect from Shop" / "Click & Collect"
For local customers, this is still the best way to buy from us. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and we'll contact you as soon as it's ready to collect. Please don't travel to collect your order unless we've contacted you first. When you arrive to collect your order, just ring the doorbell or phone 01394 451000 from your car and we'll bring your order out to you.
Outboard Engine Servicing & Repairs
Our outboard engine workshop is continuing to operate as normal. Just email us at outboards@seamarknunn.com with your engine details or call 01394 451000 to arrange for your engine to be serviced or repaired.
For small engine servicing & repairs (2-25HP) you can simply drop off your engine outside the chandlery - there is an engine rack outside the chandlery for engine drop-off and collection. Turnaround time for small outboard servicing work is currently 2-3 weeks, but we're also offering winter storage for engines (max. 25HP) so your engine can be collected next Spring if you prefer.
For larger engines that are already fitted to your boat, ideally your boat needs to be towed to our site for the work to be carried out on the engine at our workshop premises. Just give us a call to arrange this.
