Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock. Items ordered after 1pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. Our web site is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.
We use several couriers and we will endeavour to get your products to you as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. For the UK, delivery charges are automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. Unfortunately we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum. Some deliveries may require a signature. If you are liable to be out, please give an alternative delivery address or type instructions into the notes section as you place your order. Standard Delivery is around 5 - 7 working days.

1 Formation of the contract
1.1 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Seamark Nunn Limited®, registered in England and Wales no. 04632627.
1.2 No contract exists between you and Seamark Nunn® for the sale of any goods until Seamark Nunn® has received and accepted your order and sends you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or email address you have given. Once Seamark Nunn® does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
1.3 The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
1.4 Seamark Nunn may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
2 Description and price of the goods
2.1 The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown in Seamark Nunn's website at the time you place your order.
2.2 The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available for delivery within 30 days, Seamark Nunn® will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods as required.
2.3 Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, Seamark Nunn® will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. If you cancel, Seamark Nunn® will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
2.4 In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, as shown on the website.
2.5 The price of the goods and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT.
2.6 Where prices are shown in Euros, this is a guide price. All transactions are processed in GBP Sterling, and there may be a difference on the day of the transaction due to exchange rates at the time.
3.1 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order.
4.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
4.2 If delivery cannot be made to your address, Seamark Nunn® will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
4.3 If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods.
4.4 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within 30 days of your order. However, Seamark Nunn® will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Seamark Nunn® will inform you as soon as possible.
4.5 You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.
5 All deliveries will normally be made between Monday and Friday. We can deliver to your home or work address if more convenient. Most orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. Should a signature be unobtainable or a specified address is inaccessible, the delivery will be returned to Seamark Nunn.
We may not always be able to leave an order in a safe place or with a neighbour. By opting for a parcel to be left in a safe place you are deciding on the way it is to be delivered, from this point on it's your responsibility.
5.1 Your right of cancellation
5.2 You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the goods (see below). A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.
5.3 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Seamark Nunn® by hand, post or email, at the address or email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
5.4 If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Seamark Nunn at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown below within 14 days. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
5.5 Once you have notified Seamark Nunn® that you are cancelling the contract, Seamark Nunn® will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods and original delivery charges except where you selected the Express Shipping option, where only the standard shipping charge will be refunded - as noted in the Consumer Contracts Regulations
5.6 If you do not return the goods as required, Seamark Nunn® may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
5.7 You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for audio or video recordings or computer software, electronic charts, CDs and DVDs which has been unsealed by you, or for goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Seamark Nunn® will notify you at the time your order is accepted if this applies.
5.8 Extended Christmas Returns Policy Any purchases made from 1st November can be returned for refund/exchange up to the 14th January.
6.1 All goods supplied by Seamark Nunn® are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
6.2 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by Seamark Nunn®, failure to follow Seamark Nunn's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without Seamark Nunn's approval.
6.3 If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty, or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify Seamark Nunn® in writing at the address or email address shown below.
7 Data protection
7.1 Seamark Nunn® will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless Seamark Nunn® is negligent, Seamark Nunn® will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
7.2 Seamark Nunn® will only use the information you provide about yourself for the purpose of fulfilling your order, unless you agree otherwise. Seamark Nunn® would like to notify you of products and offers that may be of interest to you from time to time, and if you would like to be notified of these, please indicate on our website using the Newsletter link. You can correct any information about you, or ask for information about you to be deleted, by giving written notice to Seamark Nunn® at the address or email address shown below.
8 Applicable law
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law, and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

However due to the physical size and weight of some products, the price for shipping may not show and you will be asked to contact us for a shipping quote.
Shipping to EU States
On the 1st Jan 2021 the transition period ended and the UK will start a new relationship with the EU.
The following explains how we will continue to supply goods to our customers located within the EU.
All Orders Shipped to the EU will now be supplied Excluding 20% UK sales tax known as VAT.
It doesnt matter where you are resident, UK or EU this applies to all orders shipped from us in the UK to all EU countries after the 1st Jan.
However, when the goods arrive in the EU delivery country the courier will charge you the relevant rate of VAT in YOUR country plus a small Euro surcharge depending on the value of the order and destination country.
What about Duty and Tariffs?
Although a Free trade agreement has now been reached between the UK and the EU, there will be customs fees and import charges on the goods we ship to any country within the EU due to the origin of the goods.
For orders to mainland Europe and Rest of World, the cost for shipping is calculated on order package weight and final destination.
For all other orders, we will quote you shipping. You can either email us details of your order with your name and full delivery address and we will contact you with a shipping quote or you can place your order on our website and we will contact you with a shipping cost.
All Export Sales are made Delivered Duty Unpaid DDU (now called DAP - Delivered At Place or DPU - Delivered At Place Unloaded, with a place of delivery specified), so you must pay the customs clearance fee as well as all other import costs and VAT locally before delivery/collection.

It has been brought to our attention that there are numerous different websites offering discount vouchers for our store. We are aware that these are easy to find by searching for Seamark Nunn discount codes and as a result a number of our customers are being misled into entering details to claim a voucher code, or being directed via these websites to our website with the claim of a percentage off products.
We want to be really clear that these websites are in no way affiliated with us and therefore are using the Seamark Nunn brand without permission. We do not use third party websites to offer discounts or price promotions and these advertised discount codes will not work. You will therefore always find the best price by going directly to the Seamark Nunn website and any voucher or money off promotion we run will be advertised from our official channels.
