Repairing Your Product Out of Warranty
Raymarine products are designed and tested to deliver years of trouble-free performance. In the unlikely event that your Raymarine product
should develop a problem, this service can help.
This Fixed Price repair will cover investigation and either repair or replacement with a new or refurbished unit - this is at the sole discretion of Raymarine
How it works:
1. Place your order for this repair by adding it to the Basket and checkout in the normal way
2. The total price charged covers collection and delivery back to yourself
3. We will process your order and email you a label and return instructions
4. Package it up and drop off at any Post Office
5. Once serviced we will return it to you
Normal turnaround time is 10 working days.
Additional Notes:
Securely re-package the Product for shipping;
Cosmetic damage and blemishes are not covered by repairs.
