Ultra-compact ergonomic foldable trailer with wheels and adjustable handle bar. Made with Painted heavy-duty steel square box section tube.
For outboards up to 15 H.P - up to 60kg
Many Outboard trolleys available in the market are too large and heavy, difficult to use and almost impossible to carry around in the boot of a car or stow away on a boat.
It is ultra compact, light weight less than 6kg, can be adjusted to perfectly fit any outboard engine up to 15HP - see below, is very easy to use and can be reduced so small that it can be put almost anywhere.
The square tube design and the fastening mechanism gives it the strength and stability to handle any outboard up to 60kg - see below - safely and virtually without effort.
Besides transporting outboard engines, the outboard trolley can be used for safely storing and servicing outboards. The large wheels - 23cm and wide tread - 8.5cm, ensure stability and usability of the outboard trolley even on soft surfaces as found for example on beaches.
Narrow design - minimum width - 46cm
The unique design allows it to be packed away within 30 seconds. It offers affordable comfort for every outboard owner.
Folding handle with larger hand-grip
Suitable for outboards up to 15HP - see below
Use for transport, storage and servicing
Ergonomic design, very easy to use
Light weight yet strong and stable
Adjustable height and track
Please note whilst the trolley is rated to carry up to 60kg - 15H.P, we recommend a maximum of 45kg - 15H.P - due to possible usage on uneven surfaces. However it is perfectly ok to use up to the maximum on flat and smooth surfaces and for storage.
Additionally with the new model of Honda 8-15hp 2000 onwards, the new Suzuki 4 stroke 8 and 9.9hp 2009 onwards and the New Mariner 4 stroke 8 and 9.9hp 2008 onwards, the mounting bracket has been manufactured considerably wider, so to accommodate this, the outboard pad on the trolley has to be mounted the other way up. This does not affect the use of the trolley as long as the engine is fitted-on correctly, ie the clamp screws done up and the skeg in the receiver. The maximum clamp bracket width to enable use the pad with the centering-aids upwards is 160mm.
The dimensions when fully assembled largely depends on how you set the trolley up - it is adjustable for height and width.
The height will depend on whether the trolley is it for a short shaft or a long shaft engine. The angle you set the trolley handle is also adjustable.
Max height = 970mm - outboard mounting pad fully extended up, but with handle folded down
Max height = 1085mm - with handle fully up
Min height = 770mm - outboard mounting pad all the way down, handle folded down
The wheelbase is also adjustable for width, depending on how much stability you need vs. how much space you have available.
Max Width = 530mm - with wheels attached
Min Width = 410mm - with wheels attached
Max Depth = 550mm - with skeg holder and front leg attached
